Delivery & Collection Information

• Deliveries and collections are available Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays)

• If your collection date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will automatically be moved to the next business day at no extra charge

Terms of Service

By accepting these terms, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. The standard hire period is 7 days from delivery date.
  2. Extended hire is available at $5 per additional day.
  3. Deliveries and collections are only available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  4. The bin must not be filled above the rim or exceed weight limits.
  5. Prohibited items include bricks, concrete, tiles, dirt, soil, hazardous materials, liquids, and electronic waste.
  6. You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and collection.
  7. You are responsible for the bin during the hire period and liable for any damage.
  8. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
  9. Payment is required at the time of booking.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse collection if prohibited items are found in the bin.
