Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by $99 Skip Bins Adelaide ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

We provide wheelie bin hire services for waste disposal in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Our services include delivery, pickup, and disposal of waste collected in our bins.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Hire Period

  • The standard hire period is 7 days (1 week) from the date of delivery.
  • Extended hire is available at $5 per additional day.
  • Late returns without prior arrangement may incur additional daily charges.

Delivery and Collection

  • We will deliver the bin to the location specified in your booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and space for delivery and collection.
  • If we are unable to deliver or collect the bin due to access issues or other circumstances beyond our control, you may be charged a delivery/collection attempt fee.
  • We will collect the bin on the agreed date unless an extension has been arranged.
  • Deliveries and collections are only available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Bin Usage

  • Bins must not be filled above the rim or exceed the maximum weight capacity.
  • Prohibited items must not be placed in the bins, including but not limited to: bricks, concrete, tiles, dirt, soil, hazardous materials, liquids, batteries, electronic waste, tires, and automotive parts.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that only permitted waste types are placed in the bin.
  • If prohibited items are found in the bin, additional charges may apply for proper disposal.

Damage and Liability

  • You are responsible for the bin during the hire period and will be liable for any damage, loss, or theft.
  • We are not responsible for any damage to property caused by the bin or during delivery/collection.
  • You must ensure the bin is placed on suitable ground that will not be damaged by the weight of the bin.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless $99 Skip Bins Adelaide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, $99 Skip Bins Adelaide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
